Methodology
Be put into practice methodologies related to reflective practice and stimulate the exchange of knowledge and personal experience, especially from the career, the participants since this initial experience can be very different and, therefore, its enriching exchange.
Over time job and when carrying out activities oriented learning and stimulate the exchange of knowledge. In the common areas of communication, will be answering the questions posed or, preferably, to be respostos stimulate the participants themselves through grants and strategic questions.
The participants must take an active role during the learning process, asking questions, providing examples and additional information, helping to answer the questions of colleagues, bringing his personal experience, actively participating in the work group ... This active participation will be considered in the evaluation of the course.
